Return Policy

We offer a 14-day inspection period for you to thoroughly review your gemstone. This period begins the moment you sign for and receive your item from the shipping carrier. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within the 14-day window.

During this time, you are responsible for the item's care and value. If you'd like to request an extended inspection period, special arrangements can be made. However, this must be agreed upon before the item is shipped. Please contact us at info@ceystone.us to discuss and arrange an extended inspection period.

Important Note: Loose gemstones that have been set, scratched, chipped, fractured, altered in any way, or have changed in weight are not eligible for a refund. We highly recommend not having your gemstone set by another jeweler until you're certain of your intent to purchase.
